AC and Ventilation

Our smart heating system can seamlessly integrate with any air conditioning (AC) and ventilation (MVHR) systems to create a fully automated and efficient climate control solution for your space.

By utilising smart temperature, occupancy sensors and advanced algorithms, the system can monitor indoor and outdoor temperatures and occupancy rates in real-time. This data allows it to adjust AC and ventilation settings dynamically, ensuring optimal comfort while minimising energy consumption. If there are wet or electric radiators in the same space as the AC, then the system can also provide an interlock to prevent the radiators and the AC from fighting one another.

During colder months, the heating system can work in tandem with ventilation to evenly distribute warm air around the rooms, while in warmer months, it can coordinate with the AC to maintain a cool and fresh environment.

Integration also allows users to control all heating, cooling and ventilation systems irrespective of the make and model through a unified platform, such as our mobile app or desktop dashboard.

This level of connectivity not only simplifies management, but also enables features like zoning, where specific areas of a building can have customised climate settings based on usage or time of day. Additionally, with machine learning capabilities, the system can learn user preferences through smart occupancy detection and adapt accordingly, offering a personalised and energy-efficient solution. By combining heating, AC, and ventilation, our smart system ensures year-round comfort, better air quality, and reduced energy bills.

Energy Efficiency

Set schedules for your AC to turn on or off, ensuring it only runs when needed.

Optimisation

Analyse usage patterns and weather conditions to adjust settings for maximum efficiency.

What Do Our Customers Say?

Bedford College, South East Midlands

“The Hub records all room occupancy and temperature data, giving admin staff valuable information on room usage levels. Exercising the pump and all the radiator valves regularly during the summer, to prevent seizing and sludge build-up, is now trivial and completed automatically. The Control HQ system typically has a two to five-year payback period
