1. The First Enquiry

Here is where you can supply us with information including floor plans (if you have them), gas/electric usage and building nuances you may wish us to know about to open the discussion about how the Control HQ can help.

2. Site Survey & Proposal

Control HQ provides you with an initial desktop proposal, including devices, installation, and project management services, also including potential cost savings (if applicable). This also details the ongoing maintenance options that we can provide if desired.

3. Detailed Design & Final Pricing

Modifying the bespoke design for your requirement, after the confirmation of component compatibility and suitability, after a site visit if required, We will provide you with a fixed price quotation to make sure the system works as designed and specified.

4. Project Kick-off

Meeting with all stakeholders to ensure that the installation goes smoothly and is aligned with the customer's expectations.

5. System Building

Configuring of the system so that all of the components are correctly set up and labelled for each zone. Includes setting up the app and configuring each HUB so that it is ready for installation to reduce the disruption on site.

6. Installation

We can include for full installation of all of the components. This can be done using our own highly trained team, or you may prefer to use your own subcontractors or in-house maintenance team. In the case of you using your own installers, we would need to provide on-site installation training, ensuring that your installation is fast, efficient and simple.

7. System Commissioning

Full system testing to ensure that control of the heating system is in place. Includes a full commissioning report detailing the function of the Control HQ system components and also the components that it is controlling

8. Staff Training & Handover

Training on how to use and set up the system for you and your team, to learn how to get the most from Control HQ. Includes tweaking of any settings specific to the site, to ensure trouble-free usage of the system from the start.

9. All in your hands!

Ongoing maintenance and service options will be discussed for either your own team or for our engineers to maintain the system for you. This can include seasonal commissioning of the heating schedules, full battery change, end user top up training for new staff and unlimited technical support.

FINISH

Awareness & Training:

Our training will be provided as part of this proposal. It is essential that all relevant staff are available on the last day of the installation so that all staff can be trained on how to use the system.
