Control HQ Pro App​​

In addition to the free app you can also purchase an upgrade with a full dashboard and profiles for the easy control of large properties and large estates.

Warranty On Your System

Benefit from an enhanced up to 5-year warranty on all of your components, reducing the potential risks from the costs of needing to replace faulty components.

User Topup Training

Training on-site or remote with the operator(s) of the Control HQ system to answer any questions they have. Training the user(s) of the system on the new features. This will ensure that the user(s) of the system keep on top of changes to the heating schedules and maintenance to give the best level of comfort and energy savings.

Full Service (Annual)​

Main on-site service (changing of all the batteries and testing of all components), testing of the equipment that the Genius Hub is connected to, and after it is all complete, a detailed post service report showing a list of each component assigned to each‬‭ Genius Hub and the servicing checks carried out on it.

Remote Seasonal Commissioning Sessions​

To be scheduled by the operators of the system; for the start of Autumn and the end of the Spring. These sessions are to ensure that the optimum heating schedules are being used across all of the rooms on the site for the best comfort and efficiency.

Storage Of Backups And Disaster Recovery​

This backup will contain:
• Zone Configurations and Zone Names
• Zone Schedules
• Usernames and Encrypted Passwords for the Hubs

Unlimited Support Tickets & One 2 Ones​​

Giving personalised responses to questions about the system in our support ticketing system, each ticket will be responded to by one of our support desk in Birmingham. Video calls can be booked and more detailed responses are given for things that are more complicated. Unlimited Genius Hub Support for up to 12 months after the date of the service.

Video Call or Phone One 2 One: Arrange a video call or phone call with a member of the technical team in our head office in Birmingham to discuss your system, fix any problems and answer your questions. Booked in advance these can be highly effective at solving heating issues quickly and efficiently as well as empowering the team at the property with additional knowledge of how to use the the Control HQ system. Unlimited Control HQ Support for up to 12 months after the date of the service.

Email Support Tickets: A member of the technical team in our head office in Birmingham will reply to your written support ticket with a message explaining the solution to your problem, so you don’t have to look for the solution yourself. If we can fix the problem remotely we will and we will let you know what we did. Unlimited Control HQ Support for up to 12 months after the date of the service

Phone Support Tickets: The same as the Email Support ticket but you book a time convenient to yourself to have a phone call with one of our support desk. INFORMATION: All support is only offered during normal office hours (Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 16:30) and unlimited support is subject to Control HQ’s Fair Use Policy (available upon request).
